Well-Funded is a web based fundraising tool that is designed to improve the effectiveness of fundraising for student based groups like school music, choir and athletic departments, clubs and private groups.

At the core of the program is the emotional bond between family members and friends. Traditional fund raising methods usually involve a product or event that is sold or marketed for a one time financial return that benefits the organization. Many traditional fundraising methods have a cost to the organization as much as 50% or more in product or event expenses. People outside the organization or family usually do not understand all the wonderful things their money is doing for the organization, they just see another box of cookies, novelty items or wrapping paper that they normally would not buy but are too nice or too uncomfortable to refuse. Family members continue the buy fundraising items and support events because they have a strong emotional bond to their child so they will support these activities no matter what.

Through the Well-Funded Program we capture that emotional equity and turn it into a dependable revenue stream for the organization, this is accomplished by using digital picture technology. Using a fundraising volunteer to capture digital photos of the kids during events, rehearsals or practice, quiet moments and not so quiet moments, moments that can be captured forever and made available to the family or friends of each child, to view and download through a secure website each month for a monthly donation commitment.
